  • Parchment paper
  • Knife
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef liver or chicken liver, depending on your dog’s taste preference
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour use coconut flour for a grain-free option
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley for fresh breath Optional

Instructions

Preheat and Prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Blend Ingredients

Spread the Batter

  • Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly. The thickness of your spread will determine the chewiness of the treats—thinner for crispy treats and thicker for chewier treats.

Bake

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides of the paper and the center is firm to the touch.

Cool and Cut

  • Allow the liver sheet to cool completely before cutting it into treat-sized pieces suitable for your dog’s size.
