Ingredients

  • 32 oz 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 oz turkey liver chopped
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and chopped
  • 2 large sweet potatoes scrubbed clean, peeled, cubed, and steamed
  • 6 oz broccoli florets
  • 1 medium apple deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 oz cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons minced rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Udo’s omega-3 and omega-6 oil blend or safflower oil

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Chop the carrot, apple, and turkey liver into small pieces.
  • Steam or boil the sweet potatoes until soft.
  • Mince the rosemary and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Turkey & Liver

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Add the chopped turkey liver and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3: Add Vegetables

  • Stir in the chopped carrot and broccoli florets.
  • Let them cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.

Step 4: Mix in Sweet Potatoes & Apple

  • Add the steamed sweet potatoes and chopped apple.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.

Step 5: Season & Finish

  • Sprinkle in turmeric and rosemary.
  • Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir continuously until fully cooked.
  • Add cranberries and mix well.

Step 6: Final Touch

  • Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Stir in olive oil and omega-3 oil blend.

Step 7: Store Properly

  • Transfer the food to an airtight container.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze portions for up to 3 months.
